  1. General Use – By using UK Pets Ads, you agree to comply with all applicable UK laws regarding the sale and rehoming of pets and providing pet services.
  2. User Responsibilities – Users must provide accurate information in their listings and communicate honestly with potential buyers/sellers.
  3. Prohibited Listings – The sale of illegal or banned pets, fraudulent listings, or misleading information is strictly forbidden.
  4. Payment & Transactions – UK Pets Ads does not process payments. Users must complete transactions independently and responsibly.
  5. Liability – UK Pets Ads is a classifieds platform and is not responsible for disputes, misrepresentations, or transactions between users.
  6. Account Eligibility – Users must be at least 18 years old to register, create listings, or engage in transactions on UK Pets Ads.
  7. One Account Policy – Each individual is permitted to register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  8. Account Suspension – Any user found violating our policies may have their account suspended or permanently removed.
  9. Reporting & Moderation – We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines or appears fraudulent.
